I had an item delivered to my home damaged in shipping (not this stores fault) i had return label printed took package to store and they insisted that box needed to be taped up which of course they where willing to do it for extra $. Same box same condition same way as I received it. Store just wanted to make extra buck and manager called me difficult for not wanting to pay. Next time I drive extra mile north to other ups store on Randell rdBy Dan v, March 20, 2017
